Our staff is knowledgeable and trained in valuation and has professional experience with most property types.

We maintain our own internal database of all recorded sales in Boone, DeKalb, Ogle, Whiteside and Winnebago counties (Illinois). We rely on Costar, the Commercial and Industrial Exchange, and various multiple listing services for data in other areas. We also subscribe to Metrostudy for supply side data and historical demand for residential subdivision analysis, which brings unparalleled understanding of the market.

We have a diverse clientele base. While the majority of our assignments are finance related (purchase, refinances and foreclosure), we also complete assignments for divorce proceedings and other matters involving the potential for litigation. Several of our appraisers have qualified in court as expert witnesses.
